Thermometer not working.

Hi All,
My thermometer is not reading can i keep distilling? have turned boiler off for now.
any suggestions?
what can i do with the Wash in the boiler?

You’ll be right mate, perfect opportunity to learn to run your still based on output speed rather than temp.
Small adjustments to your water flow until you get that dribble dribble drip

restarted boil but put hot hose into jug and used meat thermometer in jug working a treat :-D

'Hot Hose' is what exactly? Not a plastic hose for your ethanol line?

equipment: 4 plate 6" copper bubbler, 6 plate 4" glass bubbler with 500mm packed section three way thumper sitting on a 50 ltr keg boiler with 6000watts, 2" pot still and a 2" boka.
