I've got a line on an old steel milk can ( 40's) complete with lid , that looks like it might be good for a boiler, that I'll put an element in....have to look at the inside first make sure it hasnt been filled with anything nasty, but anyone see any problems with it?

Hello Dino,

The only issue i can see is i don't have one!

Sealing these would be fairly striaght forward, great access nice mtl, easy to clean and live with.

If it's truely arty like nice design and shape it could lead to a very balanced, pleasing still design to complement it.

I hope you didn't buy this for a boiler tin plating is far from ideal for very obvious reasons ;-)

Hey Dino

I reckon if ya happy to spend that kind of money on a start for a boiler then you would be best to wait for something SS to pop up. you will be able to make a great boiler without any doubts. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
