Running off in stainless steel

I was thinking about running off my low wines into a SS keg and keeping it there until I do a spirits run which will then be straight into glass.

Would this be a bad idea or okay, I have never kept alcohol in SS container and thought the low wines might be ok till I did a spirit run.

Kegs are fine mate, all food grade ss. Just make sure it's clean first :handgestures-thumbupleft:

So it will have to be sealed airtight? Might see if I can get some cork.

Thanks guys

No need for cork, see mac for a 2" end cap, clamp and seal.
Much better seal
That's for a 50 ltr keg
