Came across this video recently . Part of the vidoe is an interesting discussion on barrels - the flavours from resusing bourbon and sherry barrels and the difference between European and American oak.

It's a little bit of a chuckle that bourbon is scoffed upon by Rum and Whiskey drinkers even though bourbon (through its used barrels) plays one of the most important roles in most quality rums and some quality whiskeys.

That place is about 20mins drive form my house - Just wondering if anyone was able to follow what the guy in the T shirt was saying, foreigners tend to struggle with the accent.

as a "foreigner" I was able to follow what the guy in the T shirt was saying perfectly. we foreigners dont have accents, you guys DO! :violence-stickwhack:
