Put 400g of oak chips with 500ml of 40% mcrum for 5 weeks then added it to 500 ml of un oaked mcrum. Think ive found the balance I like, not to sweet, got a good zing to it and goes down to good!. Hope you foot get a sore neck mac :obscene-birdiedoublered:
