Just thought some might be interested but I saw (and bought) some of these for ageing today. Pretty good value for $1.50.

They do have the plastic top with rubber seal but that shouldn't matter if you store them standing up.

reckon I know the sort ya mean , i have 3 here two are ok and one is not. The rubber on the dodgy one is a bit redder in colour and even the fumes/vapour of high proof ethanol effects/ dissolves the seal
