Crow, like mac said, build a thousand houses and root one sheep. You know what people will remember.

I've often though about putting some spent sticks in the wash and try that, but havn't got there yet.

I guess technically your right crow.
They were some stuff that I thought might come good with some oaking, but they turned out not so nice, so I just re-run it.
Waste of good oak sticks really.

I dunno googe. not sure it will have enough time to do anything. Just me though, I wouldn't put it in the condenser. :angry-extinguishflame:

Soaking in oak is one thing but introducing oak into vapour might bring on more hostile tastes and byproducts from the properties of the oak ? this just does not sit well with my gut O meter...but hey I could be wrong!

Yeah they know their product better than I do mate, the chips I use (heavy toast) I'll put 6 grams per litre in at 65%

I'm guessing a lot would depend on the size and quantity of the chips mate, you could just try a small batch in the oven around 220c until they are a nice chocolate colour :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Once you've got a small amount to your liking it wouldnt be too hard to do a few larger lots
