I double distilled the WBAB through a pot still but it came out like a Bourbon. I initially soaked 3.5lt at %65 on 4 toasted dominoes, colour was fantastic but the product wasn't what I wanted, too sweet for me.
I have soaked neutral on the dominoes and added experimented with Whiskey Profiles, which turned out ok, but I'd rather pull the wash flavour through pot still and stay away from HBS gear.
I'm now in the process of stripping a Wheat Germ wash, see how this turns out.
