it is worth having a look at the silicone barrel bungs available at A.P. Johns coopers or perhaps winequip. these are available with holes already pre drilled for airlines...just an idea.

You were lucky to get them for that price, they're getting hard to get. I've got about five of them. My plan once I get enough is to use one of them too, they're perfect

This would be so easy to do with a disc, two holes & a bit of 6mm copper tube..... just make it kind of like a thumper ? :think:

for the aeration part anyway :-B
