Yeah I work with someone of Danish origin and they swear by that site.

I've done the walnut one (using raw green walnuts) and it takes months and gets better and better after about 12 months.

Knock out flavour, just need a regular source of green walnuts!

There so many to try!dam going to have to ramp up the stillin!! :D
