Tonic Water (Home Made)

Postby peterhobit » Tue Jan 07, 2014 4:04 pm

I wanted to make my own tonic Water but to date have got stuck in sourcing an affordable supply of cinchona bark. Has anyone here tried to make tonic water? :teasing-newbie:

:) thanks, I saw that one but I think it is pretty expensive ($35 for 50 gsm or thats my interpretation of the web site) when you see the prices ppl pay for it in the US , but you can't import it easily.

also check out local HBS, they should have the quinine extract, with all the other ingredients in a concentrate bottle.
