Postby bluc » Fri Nov 16, 2018 4:59 pm

I have two corny kegs I want to age in. One of them is a "racetrack" type keg. It uses a different lid. More racetrack shspe then oval.Anyone know of somewhere to get parts for them I want a new lid or seal cheers.

My local HBS has seals for these, local for me is 900kms away, but I’m sure most HBS’s should be able to get them. I think they called them “Australian” kegs. I found the silicon seals to be slightly thicker than the black ones, so the lever clip was hard to lock and it became distorted.

I like them(corny kegs) because in case of fire they have prv to prevent pressure build up..

I age in them but do it with the seal removed and paper towel in its place. Don’t want to piss the angels off
