Do u mean diluting low wines ready for a spirit run? I just do it in the boiler

If u mean fermenting u can use buckets, my mrs gets big ass feta buckets and they seal up nice, just a hole, grommet and airlock and she's sweet!

Hi Ticknaylor

I use stainless steel pots from the kitchen..and once I've used something twice then it becomes a dedicated tool :laughing-rolling: The Mrs doesn't mind :D
I don't usually mix 15lt at a time though

Hey mate I use a keg that has been cut open at the top and has a gate valve at the bottom. It's SS and was free from a mate, double win!
