Forced air condenser

Howdy,

Know anyone who has had a crack at a forced air product or cooling condenser? Love to have a chat...

So far plan is:

50mm induction trumpet, variable pitch/speed in line fan into 100mm body
A high pressure spray injector mist nozzle apprx 2.5 -4 Lt /hour, liquid bleed off control, liquid hieght valves, possibly automated
Multi cored condenser like standard 100 reflux condenser for a perf or bubbler
Thermo couple controlled fan link
soloniod driven mist injector control
Aron Bradley or Seimens PLC to drive it all.
Ambient, condenser head and boiler temp probes

Aim is to produce a variable rate product reflux condenser for perf plate col that's automated and will run to program..alarms a possiblity then Flash the PLC's as a pre configured piece of hardware.
