Aging in kegs

I found one of these style kegs at the farm, but it's about the same size as a normal (50L) keg, not one of these little suckers that you guys are talking about.

I might polish it up and set it up as storage anyway, but it'll take me a bit to fill it!

Awesome work DBV! You need to drill a couple of holes in your plug and poke a hose from an aerator in there, that will move your spirit around and help flavour it quicker.

Been thinking about that....
