Thermometers

Hi, could anyone please tell me where I could get a decent thermometer for my pure still reflux I have gone through 3 of them the one that came with it was no good then I bought one from the homebrew shop cost $30 that is hopeless it wants to keep reading minus all a time it is the distilling thermo / timer a red writing square one there is a same one in blue writing which is rubbish also any advice on a good one it will have to have a probe and preferable with a alarm but not necessary
