I have cooked the cracked corn, barley and wheat for a couple of hours for all my BWKO ferments.
Have not run any yet to see how it tastes. I'm totally green but did it hoping it will bring flavour out.

Good to hear redux, i have always thought about a uj style corn wash but never tried it after not really liking the cfw. Were the low wines run through the bubbler?

there you go, now just get some enzymes and convert em in to some quality AG :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Just like that ay? ;-)
Pure corn sugarhead is alright, you can definitely taste the corn but for me it got to be a bit sweet even with backset. The other grains in a BWKO help to give it a bit more character.

I totally agree! :text-+1:
