How would you guys spirit run a white corn whisky?

I've drank more than a few bottles of white dog since starting this hobby...

From my pot still I'd keep a cut out of the middle of the hearts for drinking white. With the bubbler it doesn't matter, there's no smearing between cuts anyway.
