Have got same amounts of blueberry almost ready but strawberries wouldn’t fit into top of 5l demijohn so bought 2 x 3l and split them.

I did up the % as I read it draws more flavour out so this is made with best neutral I have :handgestures-thumbupleft:

How much did you increase it by?

NB: not to detract from this topic, but I am a fan of butterscotch as well and have never discovered how they can make it a clear product ... wondering if your process is the answer to my searching!?!?!

NB2: Thoughts on a Mango version of this?? You would get a lot more mileage from your fruit...

90 something % as i air my neutral for few weeks and it drops abv which I think is a good thing. So it was made this time with highest abv I have :D
I like butterscotch schnaps as well, will look into it and let u know :handgestures-thumbupleft:
A Geist is generally done with low sugar fruits from what iv seen but I’m sure it will get good flavor carry over with most fruits

Life’s been bit busy lately. I did get time to run the strawberries tho. Gave friends a taste test over w’end. Was a big hit, lots of carryover aroma and flavour :handgestures-thumbupleft: will do the blueberries later in week.
