Using a RIMS Beer system:
- Boiled 20 litres of water
- Added 8 Litres Crushed Triticale at boil to the malt tube
- RIMS Triticale for 60 minutes at 166 deg F SEBAMYL BAL 100
- Chill mash to 145 deg F
- Add 6 litres of 2 row crush malt - top up water
- VISCOSEBL Added 30 Minutes
- SEBFLO TL added 30 minutes
- SEBAMYL GL 30 minutes
- Sparge to 30 litres
- Yeast US-05

Can't wait to strip it. Just pulled it out primary fermenter, as its done! Washed and saved the yeast for the next run.

The 3 things at 30mins are they enzymes :-B

When using rims how do you stop the element frying the enzymes. Does it depend on the controler? Do you have to bring it up real slow?
