Fruit vodka

Kaffir lime vodka
thinly slice 7 leaves
soak in 250ml of 95% until leaves colour fade, took about 3-4days from memory
shake bottle a couple of times a day
strain off leaves
dissolve 50g Stevia with 250ml water and add to 95%
I used another 250ml 40% vodka so you end up with a 750ml bottle at ~40%
flavour is strong so you can add additional 40% vodka to taste

Black berry vodka
use same procedure above for the blackberries
I used 100g frozen coles black berries in 250ml 95%.
Soaked about 10-14 days until berries go pale
add water, stevia, vodka as above

Enjoy with lemonade.

I'm sure you can experiment and try other fruits also.

The lime vodka sounds interesting and I'll have to try some for myself. I'll sub stevia for sugar Though.

I have a 4L jug of the blueberry (with sugar)already and it's delicious in fruit smoothie cocktails
A bunch of frozen fruit a good slug of strawberry panty dropper, blueberry panty dropper and some vodka all blitzed in the food processor... Delicious and healthy :obscene-drinkingdrunk:
