For sure! That stuff flows straight through a coffee filter just as well as the booze does. Letting it settle in an aspirator bottle is the way to go provided you’re prepared to lose the small quantity of alcohol that gets left behind.

That’s exactly what I ended up doing, let settle for weeks then drain off and then filter.

Oreo Vodka
Redskin Vodka
Marshmallow Vodka
Musk Vodka
Coffee Bourbon
Bacon Bourbon
Chilli Vodka
Vegemite Vodka

The marshmallow vodka was actually really nice if you wanted something that sweet. The Vegemite Vodka sold the best, but that was due to a lot of people buying it for their mates to drink in a dare type situation.

If thats the way you want to go, I think a visit of a decent cake decorating shop would blow a few minds, they have all that and then stuff you've never thought of in concentrated bottles, a few mls of this a few mls of that and then much more control over sugar content and way faster to mix up

Cheap Black and Gold humbugs. A handful in a flagon of neutral is a nice drop. Well it's popular around here.

Fair dinkum, some of you call essences cordial, and you put lollies in ya stuff. I’ve tried some essences and to be honest they are not good, but lollies...... . This is why they put that extra tax on sweet shit, it got the kids in. Anyhow, we all do what we do for the enjoyment??? :whistle: :laughing-rolling:

Finally found the time this arvo to run that dried apple thats been macerating in some 52% for the last few days. It took about 12 minutes on MiniMe to start the flow so took off the foreshots then started on the 50ml beakers I'm using as cut jars for this still.

In all took 11 cut jars for 550ml of product, measured the ABV of the last one and it was close to 30% and not stale dog smells just a nice smell of cinnamon 8-}

Tomorrow after letting the cut jars air over night I'll measure the abv of each cut jar as my measuring cylinder where I take the abv readings is also 50ml.

Not real sure if this end up brandy cause if the white dog taste nice I know I aint waiting to get stuck into this. :obscene-drinkingdrunk:

I was more referring to the taste of the end product.
