I’ve done a frangelico clone that was awesome using baked hazelnuts and a blue caricao version using dried orange peel.
Plus a few using lollies, the one I used watermelon lollies was good.
I’m sure I posted my recipes, I’ll try to find them later :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Lemon rind oooh yea is good...I did skin of 7 smallish lemons soaked in 750ml 95% left for two weeks then added 250g white sugar 833ml water :handgestures-thumbupleft:

about 15 dollars...

Not if you make you own essences. I don’t know how much lollies cost today, but I’d be willing to bet my rum essence costs less. And I’m not a lolly man, so to me the final product would be better. But remember ..... eye of the beholder, or should that be tongue of the beholder?
