reckon I've bitten off more than i can chew for next 6 - 8 months with developing, testing and various washes with the Irish whiskeys.
max'd out with 4 fermenters running.
If any one has the capacity and intrest there's another rather intresting drop emerging from the US which well suits Aust...A full wheat whiskey...
If it appeals would dearly love someone to pick up the idea and run with it.
