150g sugar
150g glucose
approx 125ml boiling water
stir in saucepan over low heat until dissolved
add 1/2 teaspoon citric acid and stir
add 40ml queen peppermint essence
add approx 700ml 40% neutral, stir and bottle
makes approx 1.2litres
Nice in shots out of freezer...... 8-)
