haha cant believe your trying it!. I love radishes!. Got some fizz happening there :). Care to share What amount of ingredience there is?. Good luck mate, hope it turns out great!.

yeast was about an 1/8th of the tub

10L wash
3kg sugar
1 tsp dap
1 tsp epsom salt
1 lot of radishes thats been growing in pots since last year... (forgot I had them)
cook...

Rehydrate the yeast in honey water

poor into fermenter before it rolls out the top of the container!

@LoO, mate WTF do you intend making with this fermented wash???? Meanwhile, radishes (as a vegetable anyway) are an excellent detoxifier :laughing-rolling:

law I'm keen for an update..I can see a big future for a pre flavoured wash like this for a ballsy spicy hot shot type drink...
