im going to try my first grain mash and need some help i will be using 3:1. 3 peated malt barley, 1 unpeated malt barley.
does anyone have any recommendations to the amount of each i should use? ie 3KG:1KG???
the reason for my question is i dont want to have the SG too high :text-thankyoublue:

you may be able to adapt this method or parts of it to what you intend to do

Now, do you intend to run this through your t500, just thinking it might not come out like you want :whistle:
