I'm just thinking do a malted barley mash properly with normal malt, then add the peated malt when doing the run through the bubbler, could be interesting. Just don't know what off flavours might come through.

The cheapest I can get peated malt to Adelaide is about $125 for 25kg. Compared to 65$ for normal malt.

Back to topic, If anyone in WA wanted to try peated malt in a gin basket id be happy to share some.
