I started making one of these but also want to do a UJSM. I'm currently fermenting 25L of this, but not sure if i should continue onto another generation or go straight to the UJ. Then I thought, could I do a second generation on this, but sort of switch to the UJ recipe, and combine them all once stripped? Or will this be just stupid? :))

Nah mate not stupid, I have done that a fair bit. Bko is my standard, a lot of my mates like the uj so I usually run a few uj washes, remove some spent grain and add back wheat and barley :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Dripping might be TOO slow... You still want to pull good flavour through.
What size column are you running? (diameter)
