Do you mean if you made some up then left it out in the sun for a week then drank it?
If you can't figure out from the ingredients that you should keep it in the fridge and consume it in a timely fashion then you probably shouldn't be operating a still :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Just made a double batch of this since i found a bottle of commercial nelson county bourbon in the shed :ymsick: ... Its really nice ,,, but i know why they use irish style whiskey because it still has that zing that commercial bourbon has... still very nice just letting the peeps know :-@

The only problem is Nelson County costs more than actually Baileys
I thought the same with an old bottle of Jameson, but with Dan Murphy's selling Baileys 700ml for $21, it's hardly worth it unless you've got your own stuff.

Putting into a jar could be a good idea can be hard to pour when put in fridge .

I recently tried making a slightly 'healthier' version with a number of substitutes on a 40% neutral base.
4 cups of 40%
2 cans evaporated milk
1 can sweetened lite condensed milk
4 tablespns chocolate syrup
3 teaspoons instant coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 teaspoon almond essence
1 teaspoon coconut essence
We drink it topped up with low-fat milk to taste...quite tasty.

I used this for cowboys and using my own butterscotch aswell which is a good recipe on here. Lethicin you can get from woolies it helps combine the oils and fats into a solution
