So after a few issues of ensuring correct water flow and no leaks, and just all the things that put distilling on hold for me a know falling into place slowly, been on tank water and realising that I had no cooling system still, it has been a mad rush over the last few days, but ultimately with some cosmetic work will get better.
TPW is fermented nicely, about to go and number some beer bottles, and get ready to run this old T500 hopefully for one of the few last times before I upgrade (thanks to RC for pointing me to a project to work on in my time off, as I am looking forward to experimenting with new stills and recipes and processes :-D )
anyway some pics of work in progress and some more updates through and at completion, as have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for this to ferment (like a kid in a candy store) :-D
it has definitely been a bit more of a challenge then setting up just for the HBS Turbo run haha
