Mate chuck some more yeast in with some dap, make sure its at a good temp, around 30 degrees, stir it up and see what happens.it wont wreck it,did you check the fg reading for both? Before and after?i once left the yeast out and only realised a week later,,put some in and away it went. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Not sure of the long version, dymonium, something something,,just a yeast nutrient mate, get it from the HBS shop.but you may just get away with chucking some yeast and a good stir at the right temp bud. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Mate it is Diamonium Phosphate... Basically a nitrogenous fertilizer...it is just a good yeast feed.... I use two versions...Go Ferm & Ferm Aid they are available from WineQuip Melbourne. Remember that yeast require oxygen to re-produce in the early stages...they are alright to go anaerobic later but without oxygen they will not build the numbers to start a bombproof ferment. Also what yeast are you using. I use Uva ferm 43 now and EC1118 in the past and have never in many years had a stuck ferment...UVA 43 would ferment your grandmother in a bathtub, It is pretty bombproof. Hope this helps.

you can't use any nitrogen fertilizer BTW . urea combines with ethanol to produce a carcinogen , see link
