G'Day All
I have tried the TPW and it's great but I don't really want to just throw the few packets I have of the Super 6 yeast which is the best of the turbo yeasts that I have found before the TPW.
If I use one packet of the Super 6 in a 100 lt TPW 20kgs of sugar and the paste etc would it still turn out the same or would it lessen the stress on the yeast being in a lot bigger wash and be more like a TPW.

Maybe try it out on a smaller batch before committing to the 100ltr ferment, in case it tastes like shit and you end up with a heap of shit that's not worth the sugar you put into it.
