Can a product condenser be to big?
I get the obvious, but is there an ideal temp that the finished product should be?

IMO ideal temp is 20C as that is what an alcometer is calibrated to

Hey tanker
Build your condenser to knock down the maximum heat you intend to fire the still with.
Keep it nice and compact so it can serve double duty as both stripper condenser and spirit run condenser.
I plan to make a freestanding one like this one day (19 tubes in a 4” cylinder)
