Ebay gate valves

Building a vm and wanting to know what people are paying for their gate valves?
Ebay has this this http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com.au/viewitem?itemId=130734280915&cmd=VIDESC no idea of the quality but seems ok from description. Dont suppose anyone hss tried them ? My local plumbing supplier is quoting me $95.00 is this about right? I dont want brass.
