I've done a couple of runs now. Tpw, 4plates and 500 of scoria. Unbelievably nice stuff. Vodka drinkers give it the two thumbs up. This leaves the option of easy bko runs on a four plater. Mind you i havn't tried five plates so i wouldn't know how much of the wanted flavours for rum or bourbon would be stripped by the xtra plate.

I'm a 4 plate man, so i would go with that.
That way if ever you want to do a rum or whiskey, you'll be able too :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Out of the square but...

right angle off take in 4" vs. normal 180 bend...save a plate or two

Twin column, second flanged to feed, return drain to fist column.... this way it's either running second column or direct off to a shotgun for single use.
