I need distilled water for my humidifier for my salami making adventures
I only have a bubbler so if I run it in pot still mode [no rc water ]
Will that do

I assume it doesnt need to be to clean, ie strip run over a double run or plates

As long as theres no minerals or salts
A bit of a tomato smell wont harm salami

The only issue I see is would it be worth it at the end of the day, Coles sell distilled water for $1ish per litre, that may be cheaper than running your still.
