Cooling and water saving design idea

If I wanted to get better cooling with less water waste, could I put a coil of 10mm copper tube after my Liebig arm and run it in a bucket of water with the output coiling up out of the top of the pot? Would there be concerns with pressure in the system having the short upward column in the bucket? Also, can I run a coiled piece of copper wire into my Liebig arm to safely create turbulence in the vapor and improve efficiency with less water use. Thanks!

Howdy mate how about dropping into the welcome centre and telling us a bit about what you are trying to achieve.

Also maybe a sketch could help with what your trying to do with your cooling.

Having anything going up on the cooling side is not a good idea :handgestures-thumbdown:
