Gday Cadmoon, I did the same thing years ago and stumbled on this great forum and would never be making good booze without it.
Read up and ask questions, and most importantly enjoy

So it didn't take long to get bitten hard...after 1 stripping run I decided that the condenser arm from the still spirits alembic kit is total garbage. After looking over some of the builds on her I decided to copy/take inspiration from Texta's pelican arm and shotgun condenser.

Just wrapping up a run of cheap cash wine to run some throw away alcohol through it before I begin the rest of the my stripping runs and my god it's so much better. The spirit actually comes out cold instead of scalding :))

A couple of shots of it. Don't worry about the slightly blue tinge in the demijohn in the second, just come copper sulphate from a vinegar cleaning run.

Welcome mate

I see the bug is everywhere, and generally it only needs to bite once.

Great work on the build, looking good.
Enjoy the rewards for your effort.
