Say Hi and introduce yourself

Greetings from Sunshine Coast Qld

Hi everybody.
Thankyou all for the veritable treasure trove of knowledge here. I'm so excited I'm getting verbose, and settling in to wankerdom :)
I'm on the northern end of the sunshine coast, qld - obviously. I started my journey 3 years ago with limoncello after returning from a trip to Italy. I remember Dan Murphy's had just stopped selling the 500mL bottles of 95% rectified spirit for $60 and I was forced to make the base spirit myself. It began with a 9L converted urn and soon moved up to a converted keg. I'm unsure if the current rig I'm thinking comes under the VM, LM, or CM label or a hybrid/bastardisation of all 3? Branched out to whisky and bourbon a year back, and tried kahlua last week when the boss got cranky because I spent an entire day reading this site. Being a bit of a coffee-wanker I had all the ingredients on hand and we maintained domestic bliss for another day.
P.S. If anyone knows where to get a St. Theresa feminello tree (the one used for limoncello in Italy) from... well... I'd be very grateful

I hear you Tipsy. I'm left running around 1L per hour at 92+% for a polish run. I can remove the column and run a strip run which is even slower.
