I made some apple pie moonshine a while ago after a mate gave me a couple of litres from a run he did. Went down well so I thought I'd give the whole process a go. Looking forward to giving it a run very soon.

Welcome, fill yer boots mate. Don't buy that hbs turbo crab. costs heaps and taste not so good. Have a crack at the tomato paste wash. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

equipment: 4", 4 plate "Frankenfurter" copper bubbler and blockhead on a 50L 3000W electric boiler, 10000W controller - don't even know why I need that much, all grain HERMS system through 18G HLT keg and 50L mash tun.
