Hi Andy, welcome.

What still did you buy?
You've come to the right place if quality spirits is your goal, heaps to learn but with the info on here you'll be making the good stuff in no time.

I would recommend the newbies corner for a start, it will answer alot of the questions I bet your asking yourself already :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Welcome Andy,

There's no shortage of information and ideas for you to try here!

I see in your profile that you have T500. The first thing I recommend you do is read Doubleuj's post about running a T500 the proper way, kick off a TPW, read up on cuts and you'll be well on your way.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Welcome. Read and question. The search feature works well and lots of good practical info. I am just starting and am making TPW. the last one with a champagne yeast and a nutrient booster. ENJOY.
