Hello All

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hello All

Postby SLF » Fri Aug 25, 2017 12:41 pm

HI,
I am located on the North Coast of NSW. I have been brewing beer for many years and have recently been introduced to distilling by a friend. After reading a lot of the fantastic info and ideas I purchased a 12l pot still and made up 20l of TPW. At this moment I am doing a stripping run as a starting point. No cuts and collecting around 14l. Great to have access to a variety of ideas to assist in this new endeavour. Thanks in advance...

Try a wbab or cfw through your pot, will make a nice whiskey style drink when aged on oak.
Do you have a power controller or are you using gas?
