G'day guys how is everyone going on this set of school holidays. Well this set of school holidays i took the plunge and bought a keggomax still from fleabay, half the price one would pay in a shop so cant complain and will mainly be doing rum for myself and bourbon for the missus. Scored a keg from my Aunty to use as a boiler and whacked a couple of weldless elements into it. I have been brewing with a mate for approx 6 months (t500) and wanted to stray away from the turbo' s that my mate uses. I have a tpw going atm for my sacrificial run then to start working my way through the tried and true section.

Can you use a cm for flavoured spirits?

This will mainly be used in pot mode, has been discussed in other threads, will only try use the cm for feints or the odd tpw wash after a stripping run.
