Yes, I'm also from WA. Located in Perth (NOR), Mid-40's.
Been homebrewing beer for quite some time (all grain) using a Robobrew and have been researching distilling for about 6 months.
Bought a T500 reflux as a beginners still to make neutrals(vodka) for the wife (with flavoured essences). Once I get the hang of it I intend to get a second still to make whiskey (for myself) using my all-grain mashing skills.
