Hi and thanks for having me. I am not a newbie brewer but also I am not very experienced either. Been brewing kit beers and even the odd partial mash beer for many years, but only 3-4 brews a year. I keg my beers and serve them through a Keg King kegerator.

I bought a StillSpirits 4L Turbo Air Still about 3-4 years ago and started making my own vodka and spirits using essences. I am brewing wash 25L at a time in my beer fermenters using Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon, which I know are not popular here. This week I finally got tired of throwing away 80% of my wash each time and have just ordered a 25L Turbo Still to try to correct that.

I'll post my questions in the newbies forum. But looking forward to learning more and brewing better spirits.
