So.....been making some spirits on and off for about 10 years. Love the stuff. Have used various equipment from basic pots, columns, bubblers ect.

Just here to learn some more

One thing I love about this hobby is that there is always more to learn regardless of your experience level and there are plenty of knowledgeable souls here from which to do so.
