Hello and Thanks!

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hello and Thanks!

Postby Nomis455 » Mon May 21, 2018 11:25 am

Hi everyone,

Newbie from Adelaide, been using an LM reflux condenser for about 2 years and finally kicked off the training wheels and got a pot still.

I've done a few Odin's Gins with great results, just completed my first stripping run of UJSSM onto the next generation and a stripping run of Rum with molasses (the wife didn't like the rum)

I've poked around here (and HD) for a long time and owe you guys at the very least my thanks for all your contributions, my wife thinks I'm a genius, but its all down to you guys and your great recipes and advice

Cheers!

Nommie,

Welcome to AD Nommie.

I rather like Odin's gin recipe. Even though it's a simple recipe, it makes a fantastic flavourful gin.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Me too!

I've planted a veggie garden full of herbs to infuse with a gin head, I'm hoping to create some experiments of my own and provide some contributions to the site.

Hi Nomis, welcome here. As woodduck said, a pot still is great, but wait till you graduate to a bubbler :happy-partydance:
Btw, I notice you kindly donated to the forum and for that many thanks. Every cent helps us keep this place open for everyone. But if you would like a coverted blue jacket and access to the site donors section and competitions, we do ask for a minimum $20/yr donation.
