G'day from the Redlands, QLD!

G'day everyone!
Hi I am George. Have been reading these forums for a while now. Wanted to say thank you to all who contribute. I have been learning heaps. After much research and deliberation (and a few whiskeys) I purchased and assembled a 55l keg boiler (4" fitting) with twin 2200w elements, copper 2" column with leibig condenser (using a reducer to 2"). I recently completed a cleaning and sacraficial run (TPW).
I am also awaiting the full fermentation of my first AG whiskey (can't be much longer now :dance: )
Also waiting on a SSR power controller to arrive and aim to have it all wired up within the week.
All this was made possible through the knowledge I gained sneaking around this forum. So a really big thanks to you all.
