Hi all,
Quick update....
Finally completed my spirit run for my first all grain whiskey. The knowledge I gained from this site made this very possible. Thanks to all that contribute.
After cuts ended up with 5l on oak at 65% ABV. Cheers!

Hey @bluc was around 16l of low wines at 40%. I diluted back to approx 27% in order to ensure my lowest element was covered. I do note there was still a litre tails jar missing from the image. Interesting at the end of the run the product flow rate really declined into the tails even though i didnt change power settings on my controller.

Boiler came in a set with 4" inch bubbler. I wanted the boiler and a mate wanted the bubbler. So he ordered it for me. Not too sure if you can get them from hbs.
